Biography

Ngatsongo Yves François, aka Yves Saint Laurent, is a public worker of the Congolese Parliement and a fashion lover. He is President and Founder of the “République de la Sape France Libre”, the very first sapeur associaton of Brazzaville. He is always “well groomed, shaved and perfumed”, and his favourite designer is, of course, Yves Saint Laurent. He chose elegance as a way of life, and in his wardrobe there are more than 80 complete suits. Because of his knowledge in sapeologie, he was in charge of the protocol of the last official visit to Congo of French President’s Nicolas Sarkozy.
