The Zhus want to build Kai a Crimson Armor. With their brand-new machine, they roam the city to collect Shards, awakening them as they go! Meanwhile, a quirky fictional Jade from a movie poster awakens under the influence of another Shard. Our real Jade must team up with this over-the-top fictional character, keeping her close while making sense of the chaos in town… all the while fictional Jade thinks she’s the one running the show! A trail of Shard-wreckage puts Jade on the Zhus' track. When she discovers Kai's in danger, there’s no time for showboating and no time to waste.
